Equipment Shed and Field Set Up

Santa Fe Soccer trailer at North PopePark contains the equipment for all the fields (U6 and up).  Coaches are responsible for opening the trailer each Saturday/Sunday and will be given the lock combination at seasonal coaches meetings prior to each season. The home team (U10 and up) for the first scheduled game on a particular field is responsible for setting up the nets (and corner flags for U-8 and above). For U6 and U8,   both coaches should be at the fields by 8:30 to set up the nets. The last team playing on the field will take them down and place them back into the trailer. Contact your coach coordinator for more information and to let them know if there is anything needed for your fields..

Santa Fe Soccer Inclement Weather Policy

For the latest information about games on the Santa Fe Soccer home fields, the coach coordinators will send out emails to all coaches regarding field conditions. Please note that games will go forward unless there is notification from the club regarding closure of the fields. For more information see Santa Fe Soccer Inclement Weather Policy.

Canceling a Game

Please call your opponent to inform them of cancelled games as well as the Referee Coordinator.  Coaches will be responsible for rescheduling the game and should also let the referee coordinator know about the rescheduled game so that a referee can be provided.  See also the CBYSA website for more information about game status at other fields.
